Mission Statement and Goal C.A.A.T.S. is dedicated to ” HEALING ANIMAL HOMELESSNESS” by means of improving the quality of life of feral cats and dogs throughout Belize and Mexico, offering high quality medicine and treating animal patients with the highest degree of respect possible by promoting cultural change through teaching responsible pet ownership and supporting communities in starting sustainable spay and neuter programs to control over population.
